Spiritual Activation is it Worth it? - You Betcha!! |
Welcome to our “Spiritual Health” site.
The secret to Spiritual Health is to learn about and use your Spirit-Within who will assist you by, among other things, Self Diagnosing.
‘Spirit Within’? Yes, every person has one, and further in this letter we give you the tools for your own Activation of your ‘own’ spirit. In fact your Spirit-Within is your best Doctor. Because, your Spirit-Within has been a part of you since about 8-10 weeks into the beginning of your conception (so even before you were born,) it stands to reason that your own Spirit knows your body intimately – your Spirit picks up the second any cells begin to behave abnormally etc. By doing the Activation, you learn how to dialogue your Spirit-within (It’s easier when you have a name to call him/her by! For the purpose of this letter, let’s call him/her Sam/Mary)
Take for instance this latest Pandemic of Swine Flu. For many, it stirs up panic from within. But if you were able to dialogue Sam/Mary you could then have ‘personal reassurance’ that you didn’t have Swine Flu; then how much more confident you would feel?
This is the start of the new millenniums’ commitment from the Heavens. If however, you did manage to contract a deadly disease, then the moment it manifests within your body, is the moment you would be made aware of this and steps can be taken to get rid of it. How? Sam/Mary can tell you. By being able to dialogue Sam/Mary it can open up a myriad of opportunities to enhance your life from this point on.
Sam/Mary would immediately raise the alert that ‘Help is needed’ and by establishing a ‘format’ with a spirit in the Heavens means the Heavens can then become involved to allow Healing to come through immediately and the potential disease can be wiped out. But, in order for all this too happen, you need to be fully conversant with Sam/Mary. So, the next logical step is to do the ‘Activation of Your Spirit’. For many enlightened people, this has already happened only most people don’t realise what his is all about and the fact that you can ask and get the answers to any question. You only have to review your immediate past to attest to this. Just put the following questions to your Spirit, via the thoughts in your mind. You will receive answers back through your mind pretty fast. (I used to get confused by getting the answer before I had finished asking the question!)
It might help you to write these answers down.
- “How old am I Spiritually?” Usually the answers will be 2, 3 or 4 numbers. When you have the number, repeat the number to your Spirit as in “I got the number ***. Is this right”. If you get a “No” ask your Spirit “Are you older or younger?” we have found that often spirits will leave out a digit – but not always. (i.e. they might say ’70 but if you are already 75 ask if they really mean 750? That is the more likely scenario. If this is your 1st lifetime, you will be told.
- “How many lifetimes have I had?”
- “In how many of these lifetimes was I a male?” The difference is your female lives.
- “What is my Spiritual Gender – Male or Female?”
- “What was my name and country of origin in my last lifetime?”
- “Is or are there any unfinished issues from previous lifetimes that are affecting me in this life – Yes or No.”
This is an important question as it affects how you are today. An example of how it can affect your life:
A friend had always wanted to be a fireman but thought that this couldn’t happen as he had a real fear of heights. When he did the Activation and answered question 6, his Spirit admitted that this fear came about because in one previous life he had worked in a mine where he was crushed when there was a cave in and another where he fell from quite a height – AND he had never cleansed out those lives. So the Spirit agreed to have this done (it’s usually done overnight whilst you are asleep) and so all our friend was left with was the habit which he quickly overcame. My own problem was two-fold, one was a fear of crossing roads (It used to drive Brian mad, I would always insist on searching for a pedestrian crossing if possible) and the other was when I was trying to get up the courage to teach the horse I was on to jump. I wanted to jump, the horse was all ready to jump but for some reason, at the last minute I would always pull the horse away. It was about 10 years ago when I did my activation that I remembered about the horse and my Spirit Gareth admitted it had been him that was the culprit. Apparently in a past life I had been killed by a horse (accident, not deliberate by the horse – and he didn’t want me to have that happen again) and secondly, in a life in San Francisco, I was watching a parade, in amongst lots of people and was pushed out in front of a tram and killed, only 32 and mother of two young children. So Gareth cleansed that incident and I have found since, although I am still careful, I am not ‘scared’ like I used to be.
Why the 6 Questions?
Firstly you get to know your own Spirit and secondly, you get used to how your Spirit ‘sounds’ or ‘feels’. There are different ways of understanding your Spirit. You might find you ‘see’ the words in your mind – (you may find it easier to write down what your Spirit is bringing through.), you might be one of the lucky ones who can ‘hear’. At the beginning, you and your Spirit will need to practise communicating with each other, and also work out an ‘attention’ code - i.e. mostly it will be ‘you’ wanting to talk’ to your Spirit, you will find that unless your Spirit needs to warn you of danger or something similar, your Spirit won’t interfere with your life.
Brian and I have very different ways in accessing. Brian hears all spirits clearly so he is what is called clairaudient, (he’s very useful for me to have around, I admit to often asking him questions) I get ‘hints’ from the Universe to prompt me to ask Brian “We need to ask about this or that” – or sometimes a Spirit is on my wave-length and I can hear them as in they give me a scenario in my mind and as I write it down, they “fill in the bits”- whereas Brian gets word for word. What I am trying to say is whichever way comes through for you will be the right one for you.
Questions 3 and 4 can be puzzling. Male and female lives? And spiritual gender? It was a relief to me to find out that I had a male spirit. Many times when I was growing up I felt I should have been born a male; I was quite a logical child and more interested in ‘boys’ stuff than little girls things. The point is, some lifetimes you are male and some you are female so you learn a balance in life. Sometimes you end up with a partner of the same sex spiritually, or sometimes the opposite.
It’s not important except to know that you are there to support each other.
OK so Why a Spiritual Health part. Healing from the Heavens can be a part of our life on earth, and we feel that its time it was acknowledged as in the main, many Spirits give healing, the mortal concerned doesn’t often realise it so can’t appreciate it. Its time we mortals took more responsibility for ourselves!
Brian and I have amassed quite a-bit of knowledge over the past few years, always checking with ‘Mariah,’ Guardian Spirit and wonderful ‘friend’ as to its authenticity. For instance, we have recently come across Alkaline Water and how (specifically) it can help us with lowering our blood pressure and weight loss and how it can be responsible for helping eradicate cancer in the body. We make our Alkaline Water by using common old baking Soda, we used 4 teaspoons (more-or-less level) in a 3 litre jug of filtered water. That gives us a ph level of over 8.4, enough to suffocate the cancer cells as they can’t get any oxygen or sugar/glucose – very good for tumours (in eradicating them!)
Another thing that we are very ‘into’ is Colloidal Silver – we have bought the silver rods and the generator (but you can make your own) and we make it for our own use and our friends. I know you have heard it – how it can make people turn ‘blue’ – but that is only when you take too much - like a bottle a day! We put ours in dark coloured wine bottles that you can take 2 or 3 ‘swigs of - or a smaller spray bottle for little children and babies (it is safe for them). It helps any flu-like symptoms, any yeast, and ear - in fact any bacterial infections. It’s great! This is also where communicating with your own Spirit helps. You can ask Sam/Mary “should I take Colloidal Silver,” and also you will be told if you are taking too much and in danger of turning blue… Ask on a daily basis if you are worried.
Your Spirit can help you with so many decisions in your daily life – “do I need this or that vitamin?” Hold the bottle of whatever, and ask “will this be good for me or do I, need it”, when eating out, ask “is the sandwich safe to eat etc.”

Your Health
Think on this for a moment! Your health is the most important subject for your survival in this world.
Your Spirit is your Doctor and can diagnose any illness that should invade your body.
Now that you have your Spirits activation on board, you can ask him/her if you have anything medically wrong with you. If the answer comes back as a vision or thoughts through your mind that there is – then the next question to your spirit should be “Can you do something about it in eliminating it please?”
If the reply is “yes” then give your Spirit permission to ask the Heavens for help in doing this.
Illness’s like this Swine Flu Fever, for instance, can be easily eliminated from the body if detected early enough to have the infection knocked out of your body. The same goes for the many forms of cancer that could come your way.
Your Spirit has been with you since you were a foetus and therefore knows your body very well. Your Spirit can pick up changes at a cellular level which is where all illnesses begin. Therefore, if given permission from you, he/she can immediately ask the heavens for help/healing to eradicate whatever is going to be ailing you. Your own Spirit can’t actually provide the healing needed, but can ask a Spirit in the Heavens for the healing needed. This will only take a second or two. Ask your Spirit every few days for a health report and also give your Spirit permission to arrange healing when needed. You could also ask your Spirit “Is there anything I should be eating/doing more/less of to maintain/have a healthy body?” Remember how old your Spirit is and how many lifetimes you have gone through already. You are experienced! Now we are into the New Millennium, all mortal Spirits have been made aware of the fact that they are a special part of you and to do their best to help you live the best life you can live. Therefore it is also important to you too, that you consciously make them a part of your life too. If you have worries or stress, talk to Spirit, or just get into the habit of talking with them in general. Ask them about previous lives – that’s always interesting. I had several lives as an artist and also did pottery, very successfully, in another life. But in this life I am hopeless at drawing/painting and a total flop at pottery. But as each spirit begins and ends lives, he/she gathers more of life’s’ experiences. As mortals, we live each individual life usually not remembering the last life- maybe the odd de-ja-vu experience, and when we return to the Heavens between lives, the spirit takes on the name of the last mortal lifetime as in, my Spirits name is Gareth from his previous life, but when this life is over and we return to the Heavens, he will then be called Rue and will carry on being Rue into his next lifetime… Interesting isn’t it?
Colloidal Silver Togther with Alkaline Water

That’s right! The Spiritual thinking towards Colloidal Silver is that it is so beneficial for you. It kills all bacteria (usually well within 6 hours). Its cheap if you make your own (you can buy the Colloidal Silver Generator and Test Meter, and a spare Silver Rod set for $231, and it is worth getting). Added to that you have your Pure Dew water from your Supermarket (or use distilled water – ppm 1 (parts per million) and it takes around 2 hours to make. Very easy.
Ok, you have probably heard of Argyria, where people who take Colloidal Silver turn blue. To turn blue, you really have to take a lot of it. We are asking that you take maybe 5-15 mils per day, maybe twice or 3 times daily while you have an ailment but as soon as that is over, back to a regular 5-10ml amount daily. It’s like many things that are good for you in a moderate dose, and not good for you if you over-indulge.
We need to make about 4 or 5 batches per week as many of our friends are taking it. As well as being good for our own health, the plants, animals and birds enjoy it also (as you never throw it down the sink if it goes off), and it’s great to put a few drops in the pets water. Its great to heal horses as well put it on injuries and is good to give animals some in their drinking water as it will help get rid of worms, parasites etc. Good for ear drops, mouth spray, drops in the eyes of even newborn babies. This Swine ‘Flu doesn’t have a chance when Colloidal Silver is around!
Note – never put it in anything metal. Plastic, enamel, Glass but NOT METAL. We re-use dark coloured Wine bottles or dark amber bottles with mainly cork stoppers. It is also very light sensitive, we keep the bottle in a strong paper bag, and in a dark place. When making it, we place it under a dark large bag.
Any infection at all can be eradicated with colloidal Silver. That also includes Cancers. Cancer is a name given where particular cells have clumped together and changes their characteristic to become a viral infection which can then become cancerous. Now Colloidal Silver competes for the same atoms of oxygen that cancer cells need, and the Colloidal Silver wins by suffocating the cancer cells.
Add to this the Alkaline water and your cancer has No chance. Your bodies PH needs to be over 9 and the cancer just has no chance. The cancer needs oxygen to grow.
Where do you get Alkaline Water from – its easy to make. We bought a 3 litre plastic jug, add 3 tsp’s of Baking Soda and fill the jug with water. The Baking Soda quickly dissolves. Or you can make it in a tall glass of water, 1 tsp to 1 litre of water. Doesn’t sound particularly appetizing but in fact, I do not enjoy ordinary water now. I much prefer to drink our alkaline water. By making it in the jug, we then divide it between our 2x2 litre jugs and the idea is that during the day, we drink 2 litres of alkaline water each. Easier in the summer but I do find it hard in the cold weather. However we always begin the day with a glass and try to have a glass before every meal, morning and afternoon tea as well. It helps with weight loss too.
Brian, who has suffered from hair loss since he was about 30 yrs old is now finding his hair is slowly thickening and re-growing. My teeth and nails are stronger also. Now, is that the Colloidal Silver or the Alkaline water? We think its good news anyway.

BEWARE COLOURING YOUR HAIR!!
Very Toxic to your Health
To start at the beginning: I am of the age where Grey is the normal colour of my hair. Sadly tho’ grey makes me look very ‘washed out’ so I think that just once more, I’ll see what the hairdresser can do. Vain, I admit. Now my hair dresser had just, the day before, come back from attending one of these hair ‘Expo’s and so naturally was enthusiastic about trying out some of the things she had learnt. ‘Foils’ are the latest things and not just one, two or 3 but let’s mix 4 of them. Wow, I was just carried along with her enthusiasm. Did I hear from my Spirit Gareth to think about this first? Did my own common sense tell me that maybe 4 would be too many? Sadly no. What a shame.
After I had the colour and foils applied I did notice that I was feeling ‘off –colour’ but put it down to the winter ills finally catching up with me. Friday we went to an outdoor event and mixed with people with coughs and colds but thought an ‘early night and I’d be back to normal’.
Not so. I woke up with what I thought was a stiff neck but just thought I had slept on a funny angle, and a really bad cold in that I sneezed 4 or 5 times at a time (and sneezing does nothing for a stiff neck) – the day passed and I felt worse and worse. By this time my neck seemed to have gotten worse. The cords in your neck that go from your ears to your shoulders were inflamed, pulsating, swollen and so painful, I couldn’t lie my head down easily. Our Spiritual helpers Catherine and Mariah were constantly giving me healing, but as they said “the moment we finish clearing one lot of toxins, another lot is appearing’ so they were perplexed. Finally I knew it was time to ask for more help so we went down to our special friend Jeremy’s who is a Naturopath - As I had the usual kind of ‘toxin’ symptoms the first line of treatment which was to get rid of some of the toxins – hot and cold compresses over my back and shoulders for an hour, (thanks also to Sylvie – Jeremy’s wife) then home to repeat that (or Sauna’s) for the rest of the day. Mariah and Catherine were able to take over from there. As we were getting back in the car, Jeremy asked “when did you get your hair coloured” – and that’s when we realised I had re-acted to the hair colour. It had gone straight through to my Brain and then down into the top of the neck area and into the ‘flushing’ system of the body, but because they were toxins, they weren’t actually flushing out.
Its taken me about a week to come back to normal with more massaging help for my neck from Jeremy and let me tell you, Feeling good really do es feel great.

I will try more ‘natural’ Hair colours in future or just accept reality and stay grey. I don’t want to go through that painful experience again.
Alkalinity…Your Body’s Health….. Channelled by “Mariah”
A lot of progress has happened over the last 100 years to get mankind where it is today, but somewhere along the way your body's truth reflected the downturn in health in such a way as to display certain traits as a reflection to both the body's mind and the constant barrage of different lifestyles and foods that are not entirely good for your health long term.
The introduction of fast foods at supermarkets, plus the many convenience foods readily available with the minimum of preparation, are becoming a way of life for some families. Within these packages are the various preservatives, additives and spices, that are not necessarily good for you, and given a certain period of time the results are reflected on your body's inability to cope and it breaks down.
The proliferation of cancers attacking major organs is reflecting this and has one trotting off to the doctors at a regular rate!
Now comes the tricky bit for you, do you put your life completely in your doctor's hands? Or do you keep some autonomy over yourself to keep in touch with all the ins and outs on just what is good for you and what is not?
Well, we in the Spirit world know the answers to that and it has come with not great surprise for many Spirits to learn those lessons the hard way through their premature trip back ‘upstairs' before their time!... So we have decided to give you the wisdom of their collective past experiences.
Firstly there is no excuse to die before your time if you have been listening to the rumblings of your body's protest that something is wrong in there!
I am not going through the activation of your Spirit here - you can pick that up off the website on www.practicalspiritualitybooks.com but it is worth knowing that you have the ability to find out at its earliest moment when cancer has struck - and it is at that time that steps can be taken to turn it around with help from your Spirit to remove it completely from your body at this time.
Sound simple... well - yes it is but you really have to have built up a good relationship with your Spirit first in order to be fully conversant with each other. It may require you having to be introduced to health forming remedies in order to assist the Heavens in their ability to eradicate the cancer completely, but by then you will be fully aware just how serious it could become if left to its own devices. In a nutshell, the earlier it is detected, the sooner it can be completely eradicated from your body and you can get on with life again.
You will need to read up on all the advantages you can now have on board, with your integrated Spirit that will assist you from now on, but for now let me give you a couple of suggestions that will assist you to keep optimum health from now on.
One of these if having an alkaline body instead of an acidic digestion. Acid allows different organisms to grow inside you like the various moulds and fungi that turn cancerous, plus the various infections you pick up from time-to-time. An alkaline system doesn't allow this to happen provided you can keep your PH up above the 8.5 level, and that means drinking lots of alkaline water.
Just mix 4 to 5 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda into 3.8 litres - 1 gallon - of drinking water and drinking at least 6/8 glasses each day each day... In time your PH level will slowly rise to this level and kill off any bad organisms that have invaded your body.
The second stage is taking 5 mgs of Colloidal Silver each day - or twice a day if you are sick.
This natural antibiotic will stave off any infection from spreading and will gradually kill off all the unwelcome ‘guests' you have on board. Anything from an oncoming cold, ‘flu, to the onset of cancer can be cured this way. Colloidal Silver can be digested, or rubbed or sprayed on the skin to assist with sores. As it is quite expensive to buy, you may feel like investing a couple hundred dollars buying your own kitset and making it yourself - get recycled wine bottles that are dark coloured to keep out the light - cleaned up and relabelled of course. The ppm meter you get with your kitset will tell you just how potent your ‘brew' has become... The instructions are self-explanatory.
HOW DOES ALKALINE WATER KILL CANCER CELLS - quite simply, the alkaline water ( 9.5 level) suffocates the cancer cells. They can't feed on YOUR oxygen because the alkaline water has suffocated them, they die! The same goes for Colloidal Silver... its that simple......Mariah.
Arthritis

This new month starts with expectations that it will be better than the last… well that’s our expectation anyway!
To begin with, health is always an interesting subject, because that subject is dedicated to you!
If you were to analyse your health at this moment, and found that it could be better, what would you do about it?
This is what your activated Spirit can do to help you… It is this means that can do so much for you in the form of spiritual health insurance.
By dialoguing your Spirit to instruct the Heavens to treat any symptoms of illness the very moment it attacks your body, will give you the peace of mind from then on.
All you have to do from then on is regularly ask your Spirit for reports on the state of your health
It’s as simple as that! Do I need to take this any further on the state of your health? After all you now have the means within your Spirit to give yourself a clean bill of health and carry on with life with more confidence in your good health now doesn’t it?
This confidence you have now inherited also goes a lot further into the other arenas of your life...
Just think of it for a moment and consider the implications that your activated Spirit can do to help you in this way that you may be having trouble with.
Maybe you are having difficulties in music, a certain sport, debating, and communication problems?
As you can see the list goes on, and I am just scratching the surface here.
The world is your oyster as the saying goes, but if you see it this way, then that is the way it should be for you. It puts you in control of your life the way you want it to be, and that must give you great satisfaction. Peace of mind comes into this equation as well, because everything starts to be stacked in your favour…. Makes sense doesn’t it?
