Welcome to our first Practical Spirituality Bookshop Newsletter. What's so special about our bookshop?... Well, absolutely all our books are Spiritually Channelled. Let us introduce you to the Guardian Spirit we use by the name of "Mariah" and leave it up to her to explain what it is all about...
"This is the dawn of a new era - this newsletter is the start of many more to follow.
I am writing this on behalf of my two mortal friends, Rue and Brian Crawford Hool.
My name is Mariah, and I am Pleiadian by right of the birth from my circumstances. I am 26,000 years old and have abided in your Heavens this past 150 years.
Now that I have got my introduction over with, feel free to call me up for a "chat" through the mental processes of your thoughts - you may have to understand the spiritual activation from your Spirit's past. Maybe you too, are from Pleiadian origins - just like me!
Maori call us Matariki and have a better understanding of the star cluster you call the Seven Sisters. Most of the books that I have channelled have the activation process in its introduction. It is an easy process to learn, the more frequent you "talk" to your Spirit through your mind, the easier it becomes. Once you become familiar with this process, you will then advance to a higher level, ie. the Heavens. It is from this source that many of the unanswered questions will be answered for you.
The many books that I have brought through are designed with this thought in mind and should give you the tools to delve into the various mysteries of any subject you choose. This enlightened 21st century has allowed the Heavens to throw open the gates and to allow you the knowledge that once was only given out to iniates, after years of meditation... the choice is now yours."

Spiritual Experiences - 1

When Brian and I were ‘courting’ as such, he would often take me out for the day to show me different parts of Auckland. This particular day, we went to visit the Bastion Point Site. As we turned off onto the road that leads up to Bastion Point, I finally mentioned to Brian that I kept singing the same song over and over and it wasn’t even one I knew (we were very ‘green’ at this Spirituality bit!) – this was my first time at Spiritually Channelling a song. This particular Spirit Pierre wanted us to write down this song and dedicate it to his wife. He died tragically as he crossed the Marseille’s bridge (in France) and so hadn’t had time to say goodbye to his wife Yvonne. He was a wonderfully talented Spiritual singer/songwriter. So Brian quickly wrote down the words he brought through – a great day. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE… after a couple of hours at the Point, we decided to go around the Bay a little further before turning back home. We went back down the hill and waited for a gap in the traffic to make our right hand turn. Brian was in position to go when suddenly I yelled at him to STOP – where did that come from! Luckily Brian did stop, just in time as a grey car appeared out of the fog – and we both drew a sharp breath in shock. This is how Spirituality can work – Brian’s Spirit Paul, picked up on the danger, couldn’t get through to Brian who was concentrating hard so came through my Spirit Gareth who came through me, - and I yelled, even though I had no idea why at the time. All this happened within parts of a second.

The Cat:

Brian originally came from Thames so we decided to spend a few days ‘showing’ me the lovely Coromandel area. We stayed one night in a little Motel quite close to the waters edge. We had had a busy day looking at many sights and thought we could just have a relaxing night. We went to bed around 9pm and I had just settled down when I suddenly sat up in bed and told Brian he would have to take that cat off the bed, there is no way I can sleep with a cat on the bed. Brian sat up and said “what cat?” He was right, There was no cat there. BUT as I had settled down into bed, I definitely had felt a cat jump up on the bed, and then felt the cat walk up the bed towards our heads. What was happening? Well, luckily for us, Mariah was with us and could tell us what was going on. The Spirit of an old Maori Lady had wanted to get our attention to recover a piece of greenstone she had buried beneath the porch of Brian’s Aunts house 300 years ago!! Of course, the house wasn't there then but this woman remembered where she buried the greenstone to hide it from her family. She didn't realise that she had been dead and in Resting for that long. Still, even though we like helping people, you do have to refuse sometimes - especially in dealing with something as powerful as "greenstone".

This lady had been in Resting all this time!! Mariah handed her over to the Tribal Council in the Heavens and they were able to persuade the woman of a suitable outcome. It must have been quite strange for Brian, those early months with me, but Mariah was always there with explanations and reasons.

My Mother:

Mum had died and a few months later Brian and I were tidying up in the garden. I had gone back inside to make Brian a coffee and he was out there still pulling out weeds. Suddenly he heard an “Oi – that’s not a weed” – yes, Mum had come out of Resting within a few weeks, and had popped back in to check up on her garden. To our embarrassment, she didn’t realise just who Mariah was and tended to give her advice – well meaning and meant it with love, Mariah didn’t say a word. Luckily, Mum’s Spirit reincarnated quite quickly into a nice academic family in the MidWest of America and is now of school age.

What spirituality means to me

Hi all – firstly (my turn, Brian) lets move on to what spirituality means to me – it is a word that is fast becoming a "groan" because of the different variations “Spiritual” means to your different emphasis on the word – to me it is "of the spirit", the name of my Spirit is Paul, the name he used in his last lifetime as a doctor in Missouri… Prior to that I was a doctor by the name of Pierre in Marseilles, and in my first life as a Masai with six wives and ten children!!

I guess that is why I seem to get on with women so well in this lifetime without ever having been female in my last three lives! Doesn’t it all sound exciting? Getting to know why and how you think the way you do today, without having to blame one of your parents or other relations!

There has to be a purpose to life and I feel the closer I get to know my spiritual past, the better acquainted I have become in following in my own footsteps and NOT in the wake of someone else’s. Food for thought don’t you think?

All this came about some eight years ago, at the turn of the century, when I met Rue at a Spiritualist Church and things developed fast from there… To be given the okay (by our spirits) that we were extremely compatible with each other, both in the way we were brought up and the way we seem to process the same kind of ideas independently of each other initially was quite weird – but nice.

To date we’ve not regretted that move and consequently got married under the tree in our grounds with our respective families around… Our ex’s were invited too! That’s what I call being a "tidy kiwi" and cleaning up behind you!

To me in this 21st century, there is more enlightenment and accessibility to finding out more about things that have been bothering me…

What do anger, hate and grudges have in common - have you ever thought that they are all Energy words... But is it a good way to use your energy?

Brian – (I guess this is another example of us "sharing" again) –

I forgot tell you I also have a Guardian Spirit by the name of Mariah and it is through her I get channelled message (to date – over 60 booklets from her!) Mariah's version on the anger, hate and grudges… They are words that don’t have much impact unless you put them into your conscience – if you are able to control your emotions regarding the thoughts that these words bring up then that is fine. But unfortunately many people can’t and that shows the sensitivity of just who you are… Work through the scenarios that depict the action against the word that brought them both together and analyse them. If you need to move on from this impasse you have options. One is forgiveness and that may mean fronting up to the person in question… Otherwise talking it over with someone you trust to get closure, plus another opinion for you to consider. This hopefully will put the whole thing into perspective for you and therefore the solution to the problem….

Are we going or staying?

Are we coming or staying- in relation to our private life, Not the website. Regarding that, I hope to have the first 3 sections of the books on line by the end of the week, our main drawback was that all our books were in 'word' and printed format - to have them as E books, I need to have them all transferred over to PDF form and put the new covers which luckily were all done in PDF form, with the corresponding titles - who thought it could be so much work! But we're nearly there so that is good. And the question?
Are we shifting/have we sold the house - or do we rethink what we are doing and make a few changes here instead? We should know by the end of this week. Big decisions. Will keep you in the loop - have a good week - Rue and Brian

We've taken the house off the market so now all our energies can be spent doing 'other' things including finishing changing the books over into pdf and then actually onto the website. Although its been intense work, its been nice re-acquainting myself with the books and realising just how amazing they are. "Horse Caring the Spiritual Way" was one such book, a really special book. Colum, a Spirit that channelled us another book "Thru all my ages" actually came through to us for the first time with the Horse Caring book - we were asking about certain information on Horses and he answered the question for us. So the book brought back really nice memories for us - keep a lookout for it in the next few weeks.

The 'Gifts' of the Kauri

On the same holiday as the 'cat on the bed' experience, we went up the '309' Road in the Coromandel (well worth a visit!) and stopped to visit the Kauri Stand - a group of old majestic Kauri Trees. As we walked toward them, we went quite slow as we could hear alot of soft chatter up ahead of us and we felt loathe to share the moment with lots of people. Finally I knew that we needed to move on and so entered the clearing. NO ONE WAS THERE! Luckily Mariah was enjoying our holiday with us and was able to explain.There was a group of old Maori Spirits looking after the Kauri. They asked if they could show us around - to which we readily agreed. They were caretakers of the Kauri and told us of the days when there we so many Kauri etc. Then they told us to stand under the Kauri and we would be given a gift - and moments later, lots of kauri seeds fell onto the wooden platform around us but no wind at all!.Wow.

Ramifications and Repercussions

Why did I have those words running through my head at 4am this morning. I asked Gareth my Spirit-within. I was reminded that we had made the decision to take the house off the market and told the Land Agents but we hadn't thought about having it on trade Me. Eeek! So that was a good reminder. Your Spirit really is there to help. Gareth had tuned in to the fact that someone
had read the ad., and that we had taken the house off the market. So thank you to the Spirits that helped there.

Healing Rue's finger!

A lovely sunny day, we had lunch out on the table outside, and as we sat chatting afterwards, I noticed my potted Rose needed weeding so I weeded as we talked. Suddenly, a pain shot up my arm, making me feel nauseated - naturally I said the equivalent of 'Goodness Gracious Me'!! Mmmm. Immediately, my
Spirit Guide Catherine said ' Its ok, we have it - you were pricked and toxins entered your body, I have just about cleared it now. It will stop hurting within a few minutes' - and she was right. How does that work? Well, when the prickled entered my body, my body reacted sending out anti-bodies to try to smother the toxins, Gareth was alerted by the pain signals radiating heat vibrations and the extra activity by the antibodies, so he alerted Catherine who produced the Healing. All this happens within a part of a second. Your own Spirit-within can't Heal but they are your body's best diagnostician, and can alert the Heavens that you need Healing But they can tell you what is wrong and also what you need to do to heal it - do you need a Dr or can the Heavens Heal you or is there a certain food or vitamin/mineral etc you need. The pain really did go within about 3 minutes. Thank you Gareth and Catherine. This is where the 'Activation of your Spirit' is really worth doing

Choices

Hello again, its October in N.Z., and the second month of Spring.
This letter I want to write about the choices involved with 'healing'
In the 1990's I met a wonderful osteopath who became a friend. We met for 'coffee' one day and she was telling me about her sister who was so sick and needed so much help. I looked at her in disbelief and said 'but you can deal with all this?' and she said 'Its her choice to be sick. Think about it - She doesn't make friends easily, doesn't have any hobbies where she meets people, never had children and she is a lonely person.
She started by hurting her foot so she had to have help to do her housework, take her shopping etc - suddenly her days had activities for her to look forward to. She quickly worked out that the alcohol (she was fond of) reacted with the pills she was on - how convenient! The sicker she got, ensured she kept, or got more, help. Personally, I work towards keeping us well but I hadn't thought of 'loneliness' as a reason to stay sick. And, isn't it strange how we humans look at sickness. When we were kids, if you were sick you were made a fuss of - while everyone else went off to school and was healthy, the sick person was given lemonade, made up a bed in the lounge, read a story or some other treat. Yet how often do we bother to congratulate our well family for being healthy. Its worth thinking about, don't you think? Have pride in keeping yourself Healthy, energetic, go to bed at a reasonable hour and get up early and be happy.

I give you greetings from Mariah... I am a Pleaiadian Spirit who uses the earth mortals of Rue and Brian. The time is nearly here to open our website and expose the world to the knowledge of the Heavens via me. You too, can have the same channelling skills as that of Rue and Brian, just by following the six simple steps for the activation of your Spirit... that then gives you the stepping stones to further your spiritual knowledge of your histories throughout your various lifetimes initially, and from then answers to just about any question you put before your now activated Spirit within... now doesn't that sound exciting?

Mid Winter in New Zealand

With the struggling economy added to the freezing and mainly wet weather we are experiencing, one has to make a concerted effort to add some Cheer to our lives. But the lovely warm glow it gives one really does make it all worth while. Its all to easy to "hang around indoors" - how about remembering all those projects you were going to do when you had time indoors. Sometimes you have to really push yourself to start these things but the feeling of fulfillment you get when you have finished does actually gives you that nice warm glow of satisfaction of having done a good job. Winter is also the time to reflect on where you are going in your life and whether adjustments need to be made in order to improve your lot. It is not for the fainthearted that the habit of sitting about and doing nothing for long periods is going to do you any good, but it is the effort you put into progressing forward into doing some worthwhile project that earns the satisfaction. Sometimes that getting out from under your 'cloud of inertia' is only contained with one thought to overcome this malady... think of it my friend.

Well, almost! One more day to go. I'm sure the winter is on its last legs and today is both quick showers and periods of sunshine.
I can feel more 'energy' around as well. Have also decided to 'get to know the area around us' and so last week we went up north of Auckland and visited the Matakana area and markets. A very enjoyable day and surprisingly relaxing so once a month we hope to go off in a different direction and get to know our own country.
Sadly, the new hen we got as company for Henrietta has also disappeared. We know they accepted each other through the wire of the pen, and got on alright when we opened the door and let Charlie (Charlotte) out, kept an eye on them for about an hour and they were getting on well together. There are no dogs around here. So we asked Mariah and she asked a Spirit ( Chook) who knew alot about hens (as Mariah finds that hens have such a light energy force that she finds them hard to trace.) but even Chook couldn't find her. So I guess we'll just stick with Henri.

Depression

We've recently been caring for a lady who is suffering from depression. Depression is an illness we knew very little about but very soon learnt. We found that, even if lists and 'being organised' arn't 'your thing' it is important to have lists for the times in your day when you feel depression coming on. Read your list and choose something to do, to take your mind in a different more positive situation. The other thing is to do some exercise of some sort on a regular basis, walking or even swimming. Try to fill your day with things to do. Ask your spirit-within to help you over these times, make conversation asking your spirit 'what suggestions they can make to help you through these times' and choose yourself a 'focus' in your life. A 'focus' gives you a reason to get out of bed in the morning, a reason to eat breakfast etc and finally a reason to be glad to let your body sleep at night. You can beat depression. You control your mind - your mind doesn't control you unless you let it.

Friends who are true friends are only too happy to help. We are often doing 'things' to help, assist others, yet we find that when we need help ourselves we don't like to ask. This is where it is important to realise that, just as we like helping others, other people like the opportunity of helping us. Helping others gives us a feeling of self-fulfillment - should we deny others that same feeling?

Childrens 'invisible' friends

I was reading in the Readers digest about all the people who had 'invisible friends' when they were young. This reminded me of my friends little boy who we met as we began our life together. We found him hard to understand until we really listened hard.... and found he was speaking proper sentences but they were so fast it was almost impossible to hear what the child was saying. He would spend hours in his room 'gabbling' to himself. in actual fact, a Spirit with not alot to do,had befriended this boy because he felt sorry for him, and taught him to talk. But because the Spirit(as they do) talked very quickly, the little boy had learnt to do the same. So Mariah talked with the Spirit and encouraged him to speak slower in the childs company. The next time we visited, the childs speech had 'miraculously' slowed down. Often a childs invisible friend tends to be a close relative and if asked, the child can actually see the Spirit that is talking to them.So, they are only invisible to us older people who have lost the ability to see Spirits.

How are Spirits always intelligent?

I remembered a question I used to wonder about when I first got interested in Spirits. I was always told that when people died and reached Heaven, they knew the answers to everything.
"How could this be" I used to wonder. When they were alive, they weren't always particularly intelligent - "How come they die and suddenly be so brainy?" I put this question to our Guardian Spirit Mariah, whom I always use when a question needs an answer to it and she said. "the Spirit within you is always wise and what he, or she doesn't know, it is given through the elements of the Universe. Or perhaps it is another Spirit who overheard the question at this time and helps your Spirit with the right answer - either way it doesn't matter because the answer will be the same..."
But, to go further back with the answer ' How did they become so
brainy?' you need to go back to when they first died and entered the Heavens, the first place they go to is Resting. As well as doing just that, the spirit needs to 'clean out any issues they have from their last life', also to work to help any mortal who is having trouble with problems that they want answers to. This is where it is important to be in touch with your own Spirit whilst you are alive. In that way you will discover for yourself the answers to questions which may help you at the time of your own death, by making it easier for you to understand just where you fit in the picture of life after life.

Not such a silly question. Early on I found this question quite perplexing. Did I need to use 'thees and thou's etc' I mean I really wanted to give a good impression. Relax. Your Spirit talks just like you do. They can read your mind and have been with you since you were born so have been with you through all the good times, embarrassing times, bad times, you both are as one. But remember to ask them only questions you are prepared to accept the answers for. Or, be prepared to ask if they have any advice to help you with the answer to the question you asked. Your Spirit is always truthful, they do not lie as this goes on their spiritual Akashic record, it will always be their to remind them of it. If you ask a question that they know you will not like the answer to, they could answer by advising you ' A better way to ask that question would be' and they will give you an alternate way. They do this as they realise the actual truth could be really upsetting to you. Be careful in the words you use. But its not a mine field. Sometimes you can ask questions about others, if your reasons are pure and it would help you to know the answer, that can be allowed, otherwise you could be told "that is not your business" - so you can't use your Spirit to spread gossip. That is not allowed. Thankfully. So there is a personal responsibility with talking to your Spirit. But there is plenty to talk to your Spirit about - if your are studying, than ask if your Spirit could ask if there is a Spirit that could help you, that knows about this subject - or ask your Spirit about your Spirits history, what jobs have they had in previous lives, were they married, how many children did they have etc. It can make for interesting conversations.

Spirituality and Religion - The Difference.

The difference between spirituality and religion is getting hotter each week, and that is because many people don't know there is a difference and seem to think that they are one and the same! THEY ARE NOT!
There are certain subtle differences that you should know about in order to make your own mind up as to which way you want to go. Firstly Religion over the years has become a habit. When Sunday comes along, it's just a matter of climbing into your "Sunday best" clothes and trotting off to church at the regular time and greeting others whom you have come to know over the years, sitting down and listening to a verse or two from the bible - and depending on just how articulate your minister/priest is, taking some wisdom away with you at the end of the session - perhaps a hymn or two to cheer you up helps too! This has been probably going on since childhood for you and now that you are an adult, there is no reason why you should change your habit - after all you don't have to put much thinking into what happened at church and maybe there was the odd chat with fellow parishioners to make your day! But that is as far as it goes. Whereas Spirituality is not the same as Religion although both have their origins in the Heavens. You may have the same belief in Spirit with both arguments, but in reality the difference is to do with your belief more in yourself through your very own Spirit first, and the Heavens secondly. Religions TELLS you things rather then your Spirit coming through your thoughts and suggesting things you may want to look at to improve your life... and this is done on a more personal level and no one else needs to know about this unless you tell them.
Spirituality doesn't care what your beliefs are - or in fact if you consider yourself an atheist! The important thing is the faith in yourself and your ability to channel your own Spirit within.
There are many combinations that make it compatible to be who you wish to be - either Religious, Spiritual, or Atheist. To me in the Heavens, it doesn't matter just so long as you have sufficient faith in yourself to hold onto just what you do believe in for the right purposes... We'll talk more on this subject again at a later date, but for now please consider what I have written here and form your own conclusions as to what is best for you... love "Mariah"

What we would do if we got cancer?

Because we have learnt so much about cancer,or in fact any illness - and with the help of our Spirits within Paul and Gareth, we thought "why not share our knowledge'. We know that cancers need sugars to survive and in fact thrive on it so that would be one of my limiting reactions.I know that using Alkaline water suffocates cancers as does using Hydrogen Peroxide food grade 3% ( there is a particular way of taking this) - and taking these would suffocate and kill the cancers. These work quite quickly. We'd probably also use Colloidal Silver as a back-up. If I am unlucky enough to wake up with a sore throat - it is gone within 6 hours of taking the Colloidal Silver. Neither Brian nor I have had a cold, or the 'flu since we've been taking a maintainence dose of colloidal silver three years ago. Not to forget our Guardian Spirits help as well. So, this is also where doing the Activation of your Spirit helps you. Your Spirit is your best diagnostician, they will tell you the minute your body starts producing irregular cells (i.e.cancer cells) or any germs that have invaded your body - they can ask the Heavens for help to eradicate them... it's worth thinking about isn't it?

The Universal Guardians report that our world is in Crisis! So many of our young people are ruing their minds by drug taking. What needs to be considered is how this will impart on Societies, how individuals will be affected simply because of the enormity of the problem - You, the individual, will
be paying this cost directly and indirectly through taxes and the social structures that will need to be put in place. Think on this! It cannot be avoided as there will be a huge cost only just filtering through as the tip of the iceberg as momentum builds with recognition of the problem.
How can you avoid a problem where people are sick and dying? How can you overlook youth out of control from drug usage from an age that has caused irreparable damage to the brain and their ability to function in a conscious and responsible manner. Their mentality will be that of a handicapped child without constraint or rational to live life in a self reliant, law abiding manner. The I.Q. is retarded, values and morals are non-existent. Violence and crime runs rampart and its time to Stem the tide! NOW!!

Why do I need Spiritualism on board? After all, I did my time in Sunday School and Church whilst growing up. Surely having a religious background is enough! This cry is still heard today with some venomence at people sitting back and reflecting on their past glories, without putting anything substantial back into their equation for the future. IS THAT ENOUGHT!!! - well, if you see it is then that's the end of it... But hang on what about those who have been wanting answers to questions for years? And are still waiting for them. This can be the difference between spirituality and religion; where one side is TOLD through preachers and the bible, and the other side are given the answers back through their mind, via their activated spirit within their bodies! Welcome to the 21st century!!! Many people are now finding these answers out for themselves - how come? By asking their activated spirit for the answers. New Zealanders are unique people as a population, many Maori have spiritual origins in the Pleiadies - Matariki they call them, they have an inheritant interest in anything that is spiritual... Many Red Indians also have Pleiadian roots, but are losing their way through their loss of identity. Maori have always had a love for their land and traditions, in fact when the Hubble Telescope was established, New Zealand was seen to have a purple haze over our land - this was because of native spirituality to the land and Maori respect for it. With lots of colourful flags to finish sewing for the wild Food Festival, I was uneasy about taking a whole day off to go with a group of friends up to to a club concert, But now I am so glad we did. We usually hire a bus for these outings, but this time there weren't enough people going so we took two vans instead seating 12 and 13 people respectively. The comaradarie and fun meant we were all relaxed by the time we got there, the club provided plenty of food for lunch, and then afternoon tea and the music was really enjoyable. Sharing experiences with friends is really good for us all. We belong to a Country & Music club, and there are 5 different clubs that have turns hosting a day like yesterday where we all meet up, pay $5 to help toward the food and anyone who wants to can help provide the singing. We've been members now for several years and its enjoyable meeting up with people that you may only catch up with at these club days. Its a relatively cheap day out and pleny of fun.I'll happily get back into sewing my flags now.

Three sewing machines and tension problems with them all.

In my last blog I had a day off. So, how did the sewing go? Well, I rang our friend and told her of my problems, and she had a solution. We could borrow her machine. So, on our small kitchen table were three machines all set up to go. The tension on my 2 machines played up intermittently but settled down every 5 minutes or so. My friends machine started off sluggishly but was then ok for a while. And then the tension on that started to play up as well. Brian can channel any spirit so Mariah called out for a spirit who knew about sewing machines and one helpful spirit told me that the tension was the problem, and he was sorry but I couldn't fix it. But if we give it regular breaks, it can re-set itself.OK, that worked for a while and so I got most of the flags sewn and with only 8 left to sew, the machine gave up totally. Sadly, my machinist Spirit couldn't help me any more. All 3 Machines need a regular service again. My 2 had a service a year ago as I use them enough to regularly get them serviced. Why does this happen when you are trying to do someone a good favour. Never Mind, another kind volunteer has promised to sew the last 8. Hope she has better luck than I did.

Suicide. The devastation of antidepressants

I would rather our 'Blog' contained only positive. uplifting subjects. But this dreadful subject needs to be addressed. Our extended family has been devastated last weekend by the suicide of my wonderful brother.
Such a tragic loss. Because Brian is an open channel and can channel most spirits, with Mariah's help to give Andrew's spirit energy, we were able to talk to him. The suicide wasn't something he had been thinking about so his Spirit didn't have time to intervene,or call for help, his mind 'snapped', he didn't think beyond getting 'out of here' ringing a neighbour to come down and 'help with something' - so his wife didn't find his body. Talking with him in spirit now he is deeply ashamed of it - but for the family, the people around him etc, its too late for feeling ashamed. The questions for most will always be there. Unbeknown to us, he was on anti-depressants. The particular one he was on had
suicide written as one of its side-effects. They were not told this by the Dr who prescribed them -( lets face it, most people trust in their Doctor) in fact, did the Dr actually know, do they read what the side effects are? I think these are important questions. We think these are important enough to check out if you are on anti-depressants, or write to us and Brian and Mariah will check out what you are on and how it affects you and what your own spirit thinks. So now we have the sad affair of the funeral to go through, we have an 6-8 hour journey to afford, 3 days off work, and there will be so many questions, feelings of betrayal etc
He is going to be at his own funeral, to make sure he witnesses the realities of feelings that people have regarding this dreadful deed he has done.

Life does carry on and so it should. It amazes me that no matter how bad you feel. the sun still shines and the weather can be beautiful, the fruit trees bloom and you can lookforward to a bountiful harvest. So no matter what segment of your life is not good, take heart from nature, always surprising us in some way. This gives us hope for the future.

Its nearly Christmas - don"t panic!!

Today is the 2nd of December. Suddenly theres so many preparations needing to be done. I suddenly realised theres all the Xmas Crackers 'fillings' to be bought and usualy I have a drawer full of little presents, but this year our energies have been spent in just the basic survving, so the drawer is empty. So I emailed my daughter who is so organised about these things and she has several solutions for us and is sending us up some ideas. What a lovely daughter. Then I got to thinking about presents and in fact, what good presents our books make. The fact that each book has an epilogue written by Mariah which gives you another viewpoint to think about makes it even more valuable. Plus you can read the books several times and get several different meanings /viewpoints from the one book. Books we especially recomend for reading over the Xmas period are "tapestry" "Symbiosis" "The X-Y Factor on Spirituality" of course there are more, and for the teenagers there are "Daniel, my forever friend" "Jeramiah E Jackson" a story about a boy growing up in the Bronx, a real boys book. Have a look in the "Bookstore" and you choose.

Ok, I am panicing just a bit now. I am making my own Christmas Crackers again this year and my daughter has kindly bought me the things I need and posted them to me. But our postman yet again has not delivered them. Our deliveries are meant to be overnight, but its often 2 or 3 days. This is so annoying. But never mind, it should arrive today (about 5pm - we are almost the last letter box on his run) so tonight I will be busy finishing the crackers. Wishing you all a good safe day. Get into the Christmas Spirit, and sing some Christmas Carols, and wish people Happy Christmas with a Smile.

Well the cracker things arrived the day after I wrote the last blog so have been busy getting them all finished. I've had so much bother with the doublesided tape this year, probably because I haven't let my fingernails get long enough so Brian let me borrow his tweezers from his pocket knife - and Ive just replaced them. We've got 4 bedrooms, but this year one is being taken up as a clinic for an Osteopath,and one as an office for our friend, plus our secoond lounge is housing a vibrational water bed, and Christmas night we have 4 (or 6) relatives staying over. Up until this year, we always had plenty of beds but never mind, we've got an air bed and 2 single mattresses so all will be good. I'm Looking forward to Christmas now. Hope all is going well for you all.

The dangers of having your Chakra's opened.

Many people regularly Astral travel. To do this, your chakra's are opened. Do you realise that your protection against disease is gone. Sometimes Spirit's feel they can open someones chakra's and that is what happenned to Brian on Tuesday - the result being with his 2nd chakra having been opened his middle ear and therefore his balance has been affected, he is dizzy, when he moves he feels nauseated, he can't eat without vomiting and he is sweating lots. Mariah managed to get his chakra's closed again by last night(and locked), but it will take another couple of days before his body settles down again. Rest, Rest and more Rest.

Crystal healing powers, How is Brian?

Firstly how is Brian? The dizziness has gone this morning but no energy at all. He handled a phone call just after 7am and was exhausted afterwards. But we look forward to a better day today. Secondly I want to talk about how useful crystals can be to us. My neices baby was very upset yesterday. I forgot at the time to suggest putting a purple
amethyst near the baby and actually asking it to settle the baby for you. Sounds weird but it does work. I have recounted it before but a friends baby had been upset for about 3 days when she heard a voice ask her if she wanted the child to have some healing. She placed the amethyst on the post of the cot, the child settled down and went to sleep. Nearer the morning, the baby stirred briefly and the amethyst again worked for it. So my friend got the sleep she needed. Rose quarts also works helping with pain - it doesn't need to be a big piece. We jave a piece of Rose quartz in our lounge on the coffee table and it clears the energies of anyone who visits. Maybe it can't wipe away all the angers etc but it allows the mind to look at the problem in a calmer way. Unfortunately Crystal healing couldn't help re-align Brian's system. But with total rest and keeping still, he's improving.

Hi all, I'm back in the land of the living after the past two week in a form of 'twilight zone' of not eating, sleeping all the time and not being able to maintain my balance. By having my 'third eye' opened in my chakras made it interfere with my middle ear balancing and I had the case of severe sea sickness you wouldn't wish on anybody! Knowing what caused it and having that said Spirit locked up in resting for a number of years, made the injustice of it all come right for me. I still don't have a lot of energy and still lie down for a rest each day, but I am getting stronger each day and the thought of losing weight by not eating as much as I used to, gives me the confidence that I will be 'looking good!' as a welcome change for the future. Knowing that I do need to lose weight anyway.... Brian

Have these problems been addressed, been recified, or will, in time? Will these problems pop up in Africa? Brian and I have just returned from a few days in Wellington where we attended the reunion where Brian used to work. (he used to work in the ITO ( International Telegraph Office) Needless to say, Brian did have trouble recognising some people and probably some people had some trouble recognizing him.
The trip certainly had its problems and, we are grateful to report, its solutions. My son came down to take the car back to his place and check it out, and to leave us his fiance's car so we could still go down to the reunion. We are so grateful for their generosity. My daughter also lent us money to get the car fixed(?) last week and Brian's son kindly lent us the money for the petrol and to pay some bills, so we are so lucky to be surounded by people who so openly help us out Thank you all. It turns out that our own car, a Camry that we were so proud of, has a terminal problem so we will somehow have to replace it. We knew it was getting older but weren't ready to replace it yet.(Is it ever the right time?) I hope your lives are going well.

Grow your own Kefir, stay Healthy

What is Kefir? Kefir is similar to a drinking style yogurt. Years ago, we used to grow a ginger beer bug and make our own ginger beer. We fed the ginger beer bug every day. Similar to the Kefir, every day you feed it with some silver top ( full cream milk) and as it grows bigger you can halve it with a friend. It looks very much like cauliflower florets as it is growing. It has a bit of a tart flavour but is refreshing -a bit like drinking yoghurt. Exellent for people who are lactose intolerant, contains probiotic bacteria, contains valuable vitamins, minerals and easily digestable complete proteins. We keep ours in the pantry rather than the fridge which seems to be too cold for it to grow. If you look it up on the net, you get Kefir recipes, Kefir yogurt,the nutritional Content etc. And it definitely keeps you healthy. We take a couple of spoonfuls every morning. On the internet there are places where you can buy the grains and then start your own plant. We recommend it. Mariah and the Heavens definately recommend it.

On Tuesday. Brian went down to have his weekly knee massage. However he first of all needed to give his therapist some healing and he had taken her some Kefir (our plant was big enough to separate), which she found acceptable in taste. When her sister visited for a massage the next day, her cold was gone. She has already planed who she will share her plant with when it gets big enough to separate.A few days will grow your plant enough to share. When we were given ours it was in a jam jar and we transferred it to a wider bottomed preserving jar. Very healthy and good for you.

Daylight Saving Ends in New Zealand

Yesterday was when Daylight Saving ended for us in N.Z. and the day turned out to be very confusing. Why? possibly because I put my watch back an hour, and dear Brian put nearly all our clocks 'forward' an hour!! So we hurried to get all the outside jobs finished by the news at 6pm but of course the real time was only 5pm and the bike race was on TV so we thought we would watch that until the news came on later than usual (we thought, so we stayed confused most of the evening. It was when we were getting ready for bed that we twigged that we had made the mistake! and WHAT A MISTAKE!!

The Royal Wedding

I (Rue) thoroughly enjoyed watching the wedding on TV last night. It was a lovely spectacle of yesteryears pagentry with the horses and carriages, horses beautifully behaved, cars and carriages polished til they shone. And thanks to modern technology, it was able to be beamed right into our homes - and the millions of people who joined in the crowds of well wishers. It makes me feel so proud that the human race is still so much attached to each other to allow such close confines to each other when it comes to celebration, it makes isolation of the races such a dirty word.

New Beginnings

We are looking forward to this next week. After, it seems, weeks of wondering and waiting,, we have been contacted by a friend with clairvoyant capabilities telling us that the time is nigh, the waiting is almost over. We were told just after 10 am. We were told yesterday of more good news - and not just for us but for friends as well (which makes good news even more enjoyable)

Was our excitement justified

I have to be honest here and say No. Mariah, having never had an earth life, doesn't understand how fickle human's are. We can think to ourselves "yes, I'll do that today" and then your attention shifts to something else and later that day you realise you have forgotten to do whatever it was. Your spirit may have told Mariah that "yes you were definately determined to do whatever it was on that day" but then your focus shifts and you lose interest. So with the best of intentions, Spirit isn't always absolutely correct. Life can be quite frustrating. But its not always their fault. And it does prove how fickle we humans are.

A couple of days ago, I heard on the news that Australia and New Zealand have amalgamated regarding their Health regulations. Already there are some Homeopathic Remedies that can't be bought in Australia, but we can buy them in New Zealand - for now at least. If used responsibly, Aconite is a great product, very effective and works quickly. From what I read, a person died of an Aconite overdose because they did not take it responsibly. We are all responsible for using medcines in a responsible manner. Surely this does not mean banning certain products because some people cannot use them responsibly. Do we really need to go overboard in protecting the idiot element in society?

Talking with Mariah the other day and asked how Thanus - one of the I-ar-gan Aliens who is specialising in Healing many of our mortal afflictions - is getting on, as such. Mariah said he is doing well and does alot of healing
for humans, distant, from the Heavens. He specialises in afflictions of the brain and is very effective in dealing with brain tumours, migraines, meningitus, and many other ailments applicable to the brain. He is hard to spiritually channel, and it is best to get hold of him through Mariah, because he is not normally tuned into our vibrations for communication purposes. Mariah is in tune with all the Alien's communication vibrations. The various Aliens that are in our Heavens are all user friendly and are willing to help us to maintain good health by rectifying any abnormalities we incur during our lifetimes. That's reassuring for our good health. Thank you to those who help us,even though in many cases we are unaware of the help that we get.

Our special news

On the 30th June our baby Granddaughter arrived. Quick thinking medical staff noticed her unusual "dusky" colouring and were alerted to the fact that baby had heart problems so she was flown from Wellington up to "Starship" Hospital, our special Childrens Hospital. Her major heart vessels were "transposed" so these were changed back to where they should be and the hole in her heart was sealed up. Apparently they do about one of these operations a month. That is amazing. Why? what is the difference between growing a healthy baby nowdays and in the past. We'll ask Mariah to answer that in the next blog. Anyway, we live about an hour from Starship Hospital but have been up to meet baby and visit her Mum and Dad twice now and today the medical staff hope to remove the pacemaker lines from her and hopefully the oxygen tubes if she can manage on her own. The care and attention she has received has been wonderful. It'll be great when she is well enough to go home. My daughters husband has been wonderful, updating photos and writing regular updates on their Facebook page. Really special as his family live overseas and it means they are kept in touch with all that is happenning.

After 3 years, our section has sold so that makes money a little easier for us and our Grand-daughter is now at home and doing well, putting on weight with no tubes cluttering her wee face. We are lucky that there will be no side effects with her which is great. The operation was a great success. What a relief. Seems amazing she was born over a month ago.

Greetings to all, as you know by now I am a Pleiadian Spirit from way up there! I have had enough experience to understand the ways of you "earthlings" to just plough into what I want to say. The subject is to do with Rue & Brians Granddaughter. She was born with her major heart vessels transposed resulting in needing to have a hole in her heart to allow more oxygen to circulate the body and thus keep her alive!
The marvellous system of having a one day old baby transferred from Hutt Hospital to Wellington Hospital through to Starship Hospital in Auckland was a miracle in itself! The journey by a specially equipped plane designed to carry sick people and babies was special and allowed a team of trained Doctors and Nurses to give the baby all the necessary help needed to keep her alive. With all the necessary organisation available everything just seemed a breeze happenning at the right time for the right reasons! I was asked by Rue "why are so many babies being born with these problems?" The answer to this is they have always been there but thanks to modern technology, many of them are diagnosed accurately early enought to be saved. As the world grows older day-by-day, it is logical that many more 'miracles' will manifest due to the 'technical brains of the day' working out the many problems that keep occuring as time goes by. But as far as our granddaughter was concerned, everything worked out just fine and the baby is now back with her parents in the Hutt Valley in Wellington... in part two, I will tell you what we, in the Heavens have been doing to make sure many of these so-called miracles take place... see you later,

Here it is, a windy partly sunny Saturday morning and I've just spent some time in re- reading some of what we've written in the Spiritual Health section. Quite good if I do say so myself. Give it a try. And some points that weren't mentioned there that I feel are worth mentioning:
Farmers - when using sprays and pesticides, get into the habit of using protective face masks. These sprays and pesticides are responsible for may of the cancers these days. Even paints that you spray on - do take care.
They might seem safe - chances are they arn't. Ask your own spirit. How is your health at this moment. You should get a reply!

I was going to write again also about arthritis but this is something else Auriculotherapy will deal with. It is one of those quirky fates of history that the individual wants to know more about the life of Satan; as a follow-up to how he is progressing today!
Did he really esist? Or was he a figment of imagination planted in the minds by those Clerics with dog collars, to use as a scare tactic for the minds of children they had hoped to control through fear!!
Who knows.... Well it certainly worked in the many cases that the infliction was meted out. I know this as I am the Spirit of Satan coming through to you at this time! My mortal age? 10,000 years and in this time my first half was spent in the Heavens trying to fulfil the mandate that was inflicted upon me to instil fear and scare tactics into the minds of those who wanted it

The spiritual concept of this was simple, he was given the powers from within to achieve the ambition to follow it through before the rest of the world woke up and did something about it! History tells you the rest of his story! Where the Spirit of Hitler is now is simple, we destroyed him in the Heavens! Because of the evil within him was so dominant that it couldn't be erased - even after 60 odd years! That is where my special brand of evil can take humans too! By me Satan, putting in place my own form of evil into your psyche, it can grow into something even more sinister than to what you initially planned for it to do. Evil can expand in many directions, depending on your thoughts and wild imagination. If you have help on board, then that makes it even easier to achieve, because the 'help' eggs you on into further levels of morass to achieve more heinious forms of sabotage to the spirits' sense of justice! - The questions you will want answered now, "where is Satan?" and the answer to this is simple... because of all the controvesity that controlled Satan's life following the beginning of this new century, he has had to be cleansed out and to hide himself within the mortal frame of someone that wouldn't be discovered who he originally was! That is why he is able to tell his story today without fear of being detected by those who want to be made up in evil as it was in the past... You can ask "Satan" anything you want spiritually, without knowing just who exactly he is today and he is qute happy to explain the mystery, but he will never give anyone that mantle of evil again.

I was tidying up our room when I found this poem. I had writen it on a lovely summers day and it always brings back warm memories so I thought to share it on our blog. Rue
Desire...
I was sitting with Brian, eating lunch in the pit,
the wooden barbeque table was where we did sit,
and my gaze lingered on the flower of the pink Camellia,
when the flower began speaking
"I'm glad that I've seen ya,
I wanted to tell of this life that I've led, for I've gone brown at edges and soon I'll be dead!"
Rue said "you came out so early. far ahead of the rest".
She said "There's a reason for that, I wanted to be best.
The others are coming,maybe a week yet or more and their flowers will be lovely, of that I am sure.
But I wanted to know I was the first,
the first bud to open, the first flower on the tree, with my petals of perfection - and you came and admired me!"
You called out to Brian "Isn't this flower lovely, it's really devine."
"and I chuckled and wondered if you knew that my name was Desire.
So please pick me now and pop me in the compost bin
so the cycle of life/death/life can once again begin." The end.
If you are wondering how a flower spoke to me, a flower-loving Spirit, brought the poem through to me and so then, to me at that time, my immagination though it was the flower. Thank you to the Spirit.

A friend has written a book about cancer, and even though he is'nt a highly trained doctor, its a book I would recommend. It takes the 'scary" out of the word cancer and gives you good commonsense ways of helping yourself without costing you money. For instance, Cancer is not something bad and "out to kill you". The cell changes, commonly called cancer, are actually your bodies attempt to contain highly toxic and noxious materials, that if they got into your blood would kill you. Another Book Review - "The 7 day Back pain cure"

Again I have for you another book review- Not from a medical author but from "Jesse Cannone" who hurt his back and couldn't find anyone to really help him. In the end he documented his own journey and its well worth reading. You can find it on "www.losethe backpain.com. Jesse has trained more than 50,000 to treat themselves through his video training, self diagnosis and self treatment kit. Muscle Balance therapy, diet and mental stress are the most common causes. I found it an easy to read and understand book and, as Jesse implies, "How come the medical Doctors don't tell you this information". I think,maybe back pain is something you have to experience yourself to learn for yourself what works and what doesn't and why. This book contains so much information, its really worth a read.

Yesterday I received an email by someone whose work I very much admire and like me he tries to pass on information truthfully as I do. But what he sent yesterday made me think . He has also encouraged people to use Adyaclarity only to find out that the tests that were done to promote it in fact weren't done and that in fact it has been sold as battery acid. Life is an ongoing learning education

Yes, if we are smart, as we continue our journey through life, always open your mind to learning from the experiences you encounter from life From our own experiences, we take Colloidal Silver daily and find we rarely become ill. But we need to take into consideration how Stress and the mind affect the body.We recently found out that both Brian and I (via Mariah)are showing stress in different ways. Brian releases stress by sleeping often and yet he can still sleep at night. Whereas I find that when I go to bed at night, my lungs are clear, yet when I wake around 4-5 am, I am wheezing and coughing. I take my morning dose of Colloidal Silver and my lungs are clear again, no more coughing either. Here it is only 10.30 am and Brian is having another sleep. Once our financial problems are sorted, Brian hopes the sleeping during the day ends. I think many of us underestimate the effect that stress has on us phycologically. Yet it is very real. We can now say "we know".

What are the Spirits doing

Having our morning chat with Mariah this morning and she was saying how some Spirits are 'loners" or "travelers". But often they won't have a rest before going on their next journey. Mariah says she often hears cries for help as those Spirits run out of energy and can't move on. Sometimes she goes out and "powers" them up or if they haven't listened to sensible advice, she'll leave them there to gradually power up themselves and hope they learn from the experience. She said they'll often travel to the moon and sometimes do summersalts when they get there. Sounds like fun.

Here it is, so close to Christmas, and our internet goes down for 2 weeks. I had thought to advertise our books as Christmas presents, I guess its not too late now and they do make for good reading and are very reasonable cost wise.
I just went to check the door as I thought our chook had come for breakfast but it was the native birds imitating her call. They are clever. And when I feed our chook, she is such a messy eater, there is plenty left for the native birds. They all get on ok together, and our Chook Charlie doesn't mind sharing her food. I guess she is in the Christmas Spirit too.
Wishing you all a Happy Christmas, may you enjoy catching up with friends and family. I'll write again before Christmas as long as the computer keeps going. Keep positive and well.

Vertical Farming

Probably Vertical Farming is not so important in New Zealand as we have a good climate, plenty of land for growing crops etc but I have heard alot this past week about how the human population is increasing so much and all these extra people will need food and water. So it is time to think about how our planet will produce enough food for everyone before the situation gets critical.Making very tall vertical towers with layers of Hydroponically growing levels of crops - there is one in South west
England feeding the Paignton zoo.
I read a great article in the June 2011 issue of the New Zealand Readers Digest about Vertical Farming. Instead of sunlight, they used Solar powered LED'S, and Plasma lighting. Its very interesting and by now there will be more around the world. Check it out!
I have just taken my christmas cake out of the oven and the smell is delicous. Next to bake is some Pecan tarts and some shortbread so I'd better get busy. Hope is all well with you. And there is gardening to do. Whew! And the lawn to mow!
