A Relaxing afternoon

Just thought I would share with you what I have been doing. I came to use the computer to go onto our emails and find the name and address a friend had sent me, and thought I would check out our website. An hour later I suddenly remembered what I was really there for! So I got the address I needed and reluctantly left the website. The Spiritual Health site is really interesting!!
